Bug or my computer

Well,first of all Hello to all members of this forum,i want to report a bug.
When i shot to a monster the game freezes and this is pretty annoying because i loose speed and all the monsters hit me.It never happened to a tibia server so i think is a problem of your script,hope you fix it.

I don't know who's problem there is until you give us you internet speed and what kind of computer you've got.

very easy to solve this problem, simply restart ur client and reconnect to the server. done

The problem is, I am not the hoster. :-/
I can't close it as easy as you says...
